In the Garden (3): Holy Fire

December 21st, 2009

Where did Christmas come from? Did it start with the first disciples of Jesus or was it something that came along later? Is Christmas mentioned in the Bible or is it just a tradition of Christians after the Bible was written? Was Jesus of Nazareth born on December 25th or another date, or can we even know? Easier Said Than Done!

December 19th, 2009

The trials of this life happen, whether we want them or not. Though we cannot always choose whether we will experience difficult times in the flesh, we do have choice concerning our attitudes. Extraterrestrial Life?

December 8th, 2009

Does life exist anywhere in the Universe other than here on Earth? Or is life on Earth a lonely little spec amidst a vast Universe with trillions of star systems? What does Scripture say about this subject? What does science say about this subject?

All throughout scripture we find numerous verses about trees, and we as humans are in ways likened to them. Which brings us to the main focus of this article: Job 14:7 For there is hope of a tree, if it is cut down, that it will sprout again, and its tender branch will not cease.
